Welcome to Restful Mind! Our mission is to provide a space for mindfulness and mental wellness through guided meditations and other related tools. By accessing or using our mobile application ("Restful Mind" or "the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Services Offered
Restful Mind offers meditation tools, guided meditation sessions, and other related services aimed at promoting mindfulness and emotional well-being. The services provided are donation-based and are not intended to replace professional medical or psychological advice.

3. Donations
Use of the App is available free of charge, with the option for users to make voluntary donations to support the App and its mission.
Donations are non-refundable and are considered a contribution to maintain and improve the App’s content and services.
We are not responsible for errors in donation processing; if you experience any issues, please contact us promptly

4. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

5. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.
You agree to notify Restful Mind immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Privacy Policy

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Da Nang, Vietnam.
